Eric Gerald Anderson was born on February 17, 1964 in Minneapolis, MN. He was adopted by Gerry and Sallie Anderson in July of the same year. The family lived in Golden Valley, MN until Eric was in third grade when they moved to Hutchinson, MN. Eric graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1983. After working one year in Hutchinson, he moved to St. Cloud, MN to attend St. Cloud Technical College. He lived and worked in the St. Cloud area until his death.
Eric is survived by his two daughters, Jessica of Mound, MN and Emily of St. Joseph, MN; parents Gerry and Sallie of Buffalo, MN; sisters Heather (Curt) Schleuter of Stewart, MN and Holly Anderson of Buffalo, MN; two nieces Melissa (Andrew) Hoffmann of Litchfield, MN and Anna Papke of Litchfield, MN; great nieces Courtney and Allison and great nephew Drew along with many other friends and relatives.
Eric was preceded in death by his fiancé Karen Corle; his grandparents Roy and Anna Anderson, Dr. F.O. and Ruby Nelson, and his nephew Matthew Millerbernd.
