HELM, Elsie E., age 95, of St. Michael and formerly of Cherokee Village, Arkansas.
She was born on March 28, 1922 in Cathay, North Dakota the daughter of Albert and Christine (Bender) Lausch. She was formerly employed as a secretary/bookkeeper at Willmar Air Service.
She enjoyed baking, playing dominoes, crocheting, reading and spending time with her family!
Survived by a daughter Vicki (Jim) Boyd of Claremore, OK; a son Gary (Becky) Helm of DeGraff, MN; a son-in-law Ronald Daluge of Rogers; a sister Barbara Martin of Heaton, ND; 8 grandchildren: Chad Dornquast, Marcella Fawver, Lynn Brehmer, Rhonda Schmid, Christine Daluge, Heather Helm, Timothy Helm and Christopher Helm; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband Raymond G. Helm; a daughter Sharol Daluge; a great-grandson Tyler Lorensen; her parents; and by three brothers Albert, Walter and Alan Lausch.
Memorial service 11 AM Wednesday, January 24th at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Hanover, MN. Pastor Leon Stier officiated. Visitation one hour prior to service at the church. Inurnment at Oak Lawn Cemetery, Hardy, Arkansas.
