Elizabeth Johnson Davis, age 96 of Buffalo. passed away peacefully on March 16, 2020 at the Lake Ridge Care Center of Buffalo, MN.
Elizabeth was born the daughter of Julius and Marie (Leeson) Weeks on October 13, 1923 in Buffalo, MN. She was one of nine children that blessed this union, all of who have preceded her in death.
Elizabeth is preceded in death her husband, Harland Johnson and daughter, Jacque Gavic.
She is survived her sons, Jay (Sheila) Johnson of Montrose, MN and Jeffrey (Jean) Johnson of Rochester, MN; also 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

I just learned of the passing of your mother and my cousin Elizabeth (always BEBE to me). My mother, Margaret Leeson Christiansen, was your Aunt Margie. She was your grandmother’s sister along with your Aunt Alma.
Your mother is the last of the original family I knew and loved. I spent many summers on the farm with your mom and dad, Harley. A highlight was “picking eggs” and boxing them up for sale, and running through the pigpen in the hope of not getting bitten by an angry piggy. Jeff, I used to be the one to bring you downstairs when you were still in a crib. I was at the farm when the ceiling to the playroom collapsed. I have so many great memories of spending time with you and Jacque. Again, just learning of Jacques passing through this obituary.
