Otten family; I am so sorry for your loss. I just saw your Mom and Dad in October. I have so many fond memories of your mom. She was always so much fun taking us to 4H, the fair, and Apple River. You are very lucky to have had her as your mom and wife. Take care during this difficult time. I will always think of Liz as a second mother to me.
May God grant you all peace as you say goodbye to your Mom. Hold your memories close to your heart and always remember she lives on in you and your children. Peace and comfort to you during this time. Love, the Quigleys
Dear Barb and Brenda and family,
So sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
I am so sorry to hear the loss of Liz, she was the most kind and wonderful person. She was my boss at lawn king and a very dear friend, we all called her the hosta queen , she knew her hosta’s! And she always could make me laugh, also worked with her at the tree farm making decoration to set by the entrance at Christmas time. I have so many wonderful memories of her that I will carry in my heart, and I am so honored that I got to know her. The hosta garden up in heaven will be more beautiful now that Liz is there taking care of it. Bless Vern and the family with comfort in this very sad time .
Vern & Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
I will always cherish all the wonderful memories of the time spent with Liz at her hosta sales and family get togethers. She was a very generous and loving lady.
Sorry to hear of the loss of such a dear lady. Liz was such a friendly and bubbly person when you’d see her. She would make frequent visits to Mc Donald’s where she would sit and visit with my mom. So sorry for your loss and may you lean on Christ for comfort at this time.
Todd and Otten family. I am so sorry for your loss! You are in my thoughts and prayers!
I am so sorry for your loss. Liz was such a vibrant, warm lady, always smiling. She will be missed.
One day I saw a sign “hostas for sale” and followed it to the Otten farm. Yes, the plants were lovely but what I really enjoyed was sitting and talking with Liz. I returned every year for that conversation (and a few hosta. I’ll miss you Liz. Garden in peace.
Sorry for the loss of a wonderful lady. She will always be in my heart. I got to really know her from Mcdonalds.
My sincerest condolences go out to Vern and his children on the loss of Liz. I knew her from church and used to call her for the prayer chain. May she rest in peace.
