Haeny, Don
age 80 of Clearwater and formerly Corcoran, passed away April 4, 2016. He was born on July 16, 1935 in Morgan, MN the son of Clement and Wilma (Ward) Haeny.

Don will be remembered as being a giant among friends, he would always welcome you with a smile and was extremely loyal. His wit and dry sense of humor will be remembered by anyone that had the privilege to talk to him or call him friend.

Fixing or rigging anything that needed it is a trait that his family will remember. There wasn’t a project or problem that Don couldn’t fix and fix it well.

Don loved spending time with his brother Tom, the two were best friends. From golfing to fishing they loved spending time together and were still very physically active.

The greatest joy for Don was the time that he got to spend with his family, especially his grandkids. He loved them enormously and without question. The time he was able to spend with them was treasured and has created some great memories.

Don is survived by his daughters Sharon (Wayne) Altschul and Cristine (Steve) Dahl; grandchildren Kelly and Jay Altschul, Sam and Ben Dahl; brother Tom (Marcy) Haeny; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends;

Preceded in death by wife Barbara.
