Dennis Lee “Denny” Dallman, age 76 of Buffalo, passed away unexpectedly while hunting on Saturday, November 11, 2017. He was born October 26, 1941 in Moorland, Iowa, the son of Carl Henry and Verona Alvera (Hanson) Dallman.

Denny graduated from Hopkins High School in 1958. He worked 32 years on the railroad for Chicago Northwest (now known as Union Pacific) and Golden Otto in St. Louis Park for 10 years.

He was a member of the Minnesota Quarter Horse Association and Minnesota Deer Hunters Association. Denny enjoyed hunting, fishing, raising and running quarter horses that were raced at Canterbury Park in Shakopee.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Verona Dallman; brother, Danny Roy Dallman; and sisters-in-law, Karen Dallman and Judy Dallman.

Dennis is survived by his brothers, Richard Dean “Dick” Dallman of Buffalo MN, Robert Duane “Bob” Dallman of Salisbury NC, Donald Ray “Donnie” (Kathy) Dallman of McGregor MN; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo. A memorial service will be held Friday, November 17, 2017 at 3:00 PM, with visitation one hour prior, at The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo.
