Deloris Arlene Oleson, age 72 of Buffalo, MN, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018. She was born May 19, 1945, the daughter of Claude and Luella (Nowack) Dinger.
Deloris spent most of her work life as a home health aide. She enjoyed breeding and raising Maltese, Havanese, and Poodle puppies. She also enjoyed cooking, fishing, and being with her dogs and family.
On December 14, 1985, Deloris and Donald Oleson were united in marriage.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Luella Dinger; daughter, Donna Risso; step-daughter, Emily Oleson; and step-grandson, Douglas Oleson.
Deloris is survived by her husband, Don Oleson of Buffalo, MN; children, Richard Turner (Sandy) of Missouri, Randy Turner (Shelly) of Aitkin, MN, Robin Rubbelke (Bob) of Brainerd, MN, Nick Dinger (Mary) of Aitkin, MN; step-son, LeRoy Oleson of Dayton, MN; 14 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; siblings, Lyle Dinger (Faye), Lois Forliti, Charlie Dinger (Phyllis); brother-in-law, Louallen Oleson; her dogs, Cookie, Sparkle, Pepper; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A memorial gathering for Deloris Oleson will be held Saturday, July 28, 2018 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Sturges Park in Buffalo, MN.
