David Edward Pust, age 77 of Annandale, passed away January 27, 2016.
David Pust was born May 28, 1938 in Brooklyn Center, MN, the son of Max Carl and Alice (O’Keefe) Pust.
David graduated from Anoka High School and joined the Marine Reserves. He married Carol Pariseau (from Anoka) and they spent 57 years as husband and wife. They had their children, four sons and a daughter. Dave spent most of his working life in sales. He loved spending time with his 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He enjoyed writing and spent many hours creating poems, songs, and memorials for loved ones.
Survived by wife, Carol Pust; children, Dan Inman, Steve (Rochelle) Pust, Susan (Todd) Morrell, Rick Pust, Brad Pust; grandchildren, Rochelle, Shane (Nikki), Joe, Chase (Joanna), Trent, Nolan, Nathan, Hannah, Jared, Justin (Angela), Brett, Ashley, Dylan; great-grandchildren, Heavyn, Connor, Levi, Ruth, Shifra, Jasmine, Gavin, Alexander, Julia Aliyah; sister, Dorothy Decker; brother-in-law, Manley Brahs; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Larry (Jean) Pust, Doreen (Joe) Leach, Delores (Bill) Prestidge, and Audrey Brahs.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Albion Evangelical Free Church; Cokato, MN. Private family interment will follow in the church cemetery.
