David C. Stromme, age 64, of Albertville, Minnesota passed away on Tuesday, July 15th, 2014 at The V.A. Hospice in St. Cloud.

He was born on July 8, 1950 in Rugby, North Dakota the son of Clarence & Agnes Thorp Stromme.

David graduated from Willow City High School in 1968 and then attended Outreach Bible School, Northwest Bible College and Minot State University.

He honorably served his country in The United States Army.
He was formerly employed in Retail Management and later as an Insurance Agent.
David enjoyed gardening, woodworking, teaching Sunday School, community involvement and caring for his family.

Survived by his loving wife: Linda Stromme; children: Bryan (Janet) Stromme and Gretchen (Matt) Chell; grandchildren: Micah Chell and Reagan Stromme; sisters: Jean (Bill) Walker and Eunice (Earl) Castle.

Preceded in death by his parents and sister: Marlys Thingvold.

Visitation will be at 10:00 AM followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 19th, 2014 at Connect Church, 3989 MacIver Avenue N.E., in St. Michael. Pastors Andy Anderson, Brian Anderson, Bill Arant, and Dan Chell will participate. Interment will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
