In loving memory of Daniel L. Carlson February 14, 1969 – July 16, 2018.
He graduated from Monticello High School and then attended Rensselaer University and the University of MN. Daniel joined the USMC in December 1988, completing the Persian Language Course in March 1990. He then served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm until December 1992 as Sergeant E5. Daniel worked for the Sheet Metal Union, Carlson Dolls and the Archdiocese of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
Survived by his sons, Conner and Collin; parents, Lowell Carlson and Ruth Ann Wochnick; siblings, Pamela (Jody) Erickson and David (Jolene); grandmother, Agnes Solarz; one niece and one nephew, many other family members and friends.
Preceded in death by his grandparents Ray and Anna Carlson; Grandfather Wilfred Becker; brother D.J.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial Saturday September 1, 2018 at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church, Maple Lake, MN with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM and Mass at 10:30 AM. Final resting place St Timothy’s cemetery.
The Peterson Chapel, Buffalo, MN served the family.
