Dale M. Rasset, age 77, of Montrose passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale.

He was born on August 27, 1936 in Montrose the son of Cletus & Gladys Pettis Rasset.

Dale graduated from Buffalo High School and was a United States Veteran.

On June 23, 1956, Dale was joined in holy marriage to Wilma Gramsey. God blessed their marriage with six children.

On July 17, 1987, Dale was joined in holy marriage to Sandra Joyal.

He was a longtime, former employee of Honeywell for over thirty years.

He enjoyed gardening, bird watching and farming.

Survived by wife: Sandra L. Rasset; children: Bruce (Susan) Rasset, Deb Rasset, Liana (Jeff) Otten, Brian (Wanda) Rasset, Kevin (Rose) Rasset and Carrie (Bill) Berkner; step children: Nancy Johnson & Tom (Patty) Joyal; twenty-one grandchildren & fifteen great grandchildren; a brother: Jay (Marie) Rasset; other relatives including Wilma Rasset.

Preceded in death by his parents, a brother: Floyd and by two sisters: Hazel and Marie.

Funeral services for Dale Rasset will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, December 27th, 2013 at The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo.

Interment will follow at Kreidler Cemetery.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th at The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo from 4-8 P.M. Further visitation one hour prior to services on Friday morning, December 27th.

Casket Bearers will be Aaron Rasset, Ryan Kriesch, Greg Kriesch, Shane Rasset, Brandon Kriesch, Erienne Kriesch and Richard Jerde.
