Crissa Beth Cichon, age 34, of Rockford passed away on Wednesday, July 23rd, 2014 at The J. A. Wedum Hospice House in Brooklyn Park.
She was born on July 15, 1980 in Minneapolis the daughter of Michael J. Bazoff and Cindy A. Moberg.
She loved children and enjoyed shopping and family get togethers.
Crissa worked many years as a Child Care Director.
Survived by husband: Shannon L. Cichon; children: Izabelle, Grace, Abbie and Charlie; parents: Cindy Moberg of Rockford & Michael (T.J.) Bazoff of Mound; siblings: Kellie (Spencer) Martinson of Monticello & Parker Bazoff of Mound; nephew and nieces: Zander, Julia and Laura Martinson; maternal grandmother: Marcia Durham of South Carolina; paternal grandfather: Anthony Bazoff of Nisswa; god parents: Linda & Rodney Harren of Albany; other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by a brother: Daniel Bazoff, grandmother: Maureen Bazoff, grandfathers: Donald Moberg and Maurice Durham.

Funeral services for Crissa Cichon will be held at 7:00 P.M. Monday, July 28th at The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo. Pastor Matt Sipe will officiate.

A visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th one hour prior to services at The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo.
