Clayton Donald Matti, age 58 of Buffalo, MN, passed away on January 20th, 2023 at home.

He was born on May 17th, 1964 in Minneapolis, MN to Donald and Genevieve (Pesola) Matti of Coon Rapids, MN. The Matti family moved to Buffalo, MN in 1971 and Clayton graduated from Buffalo High School in 1982.

Clayton enjoyed working on cars, motorcycles, and all small engines. He also enjoyed skiing and snowmobiling. Clayton spent much time hanging out with his friends and family. Clayton’s kind heart prompted him to take in strays of all kinds. A lover of rock and roll, he would challenge your choice in music, extolling the virtues of his favorite bands.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Matti.

He is survived by his mother, Genevieve Matti; fur children, Mia, Boots, Mama Cat, and Little One; siblings, Scott (Heather) Matti, Sonya (William) Evans and Sarah (Vincent) Yncierto; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A Memorial Service for Clayton will be held Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 2:00 PM with visitation one hour prior at the Plymouth Apostolic Lutheran Church – 11015 Old County Rd 15, Plymouth, MN. Inurnment will be at a later date.
