Clarence G. Krotzer, age 93, of Buffalo & formerly of Mound died Friday, March 28, 2008 at Lake Ridge Care Center in Buffalo.

He was born on October 12, 1914 in St. Bonifacius the son of Alonzo & Mary Maass Krotzer.

On August 4, 1956, Clarence G. Krotzer and Carol E. Landberg were joined in holy marriage at The Elim Baptist Church in Minneapolis.

Clarence was employed for many years in landscaping sales.

He enjoyed music and fishing.

Clarence was a faithful member of The Evangelical Covenant Church in Buffalo where he sang in the Church choir. He also sang bass in many quartets and was in the string band.

Survived by loving wife of fifty one years: Carol E. Krotzer; a daughter: Janet Welch of Champlin; a son: Bryan (Cindy) Krotzer of Blaine; grandchildren: Ron (Catrina), John (Cathy), Kellie (Josh), Ann Marie (James), Chrissy (Steve), Jason (Ginger) and Jenny (Oscar); fourteen great grandchildren; six great, great grandchildren; sisters & brothers: Helen Magnuson of Delano, Marva Colburn of Kenosha, Roy (Dorothy) Krotzer of Nevis, Ralph (Ralcie) Krotzer of Deerwood and Victor Krotzer of Mound.

Preceded in death by his parents: Alonzo & Mary, his first wife: Marion and by a brother: Alvin.

Funeral services for Clarence Krotzer will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, April 4th at The Evangelical Covenant Church in Buffalo. Private interment Swedish Mission Cemetery.

A visitation will be held at the Church on Friday morning, April 4th one hour prior to services.

Casket Bearers will be: Ron Welch, John Welch, Jason Krotzer, James Root, Josh Peterson and Oscar Ortiz.

Memorials are suggested.
