Carol Evelyn Krotzer, age 93 of Buffalo, MN, passed away December 31, 2020.

She was born in Minneapolis, MN on May 24, 1927 to Clayton and Evelyn (Lundholm) Landberg.

On August 4, 1956, Carol was joined in holy marriage to Clarence G. Krotzer at The Elim Baptist Church in Minneapolis. Together they raised two children.

Carol was a music teacher for elementary students in the Buffalo and Hanover school districts. She was an accomplished and professional violinist that was featured on several gospel albums and played at wedding events. She was the former choir director at Grace Baptist Church in Mound for several years before she and her family moved to the Buffalo area in 1984.

She and Clarence were faithful members of Buffalo Covenant Church and were founders of the Buffalo Covenant String Band. Carol was active with leading Bible study groups and participating in other church organizations.

Preceded in death by husband, Clarence in 2008; parents, Clayton and Evelyn Landberg; and brother and sister-in-law, Merlin and Betty Landberg.

She is survived by her son, Bryan (Cindy) Krotzer; stepdaughter, Janet Welch; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 2:00 PM at The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo, MN. Inurnment will follow at Swedish Mission Cemetery in Buffalo. The service will be livestreamed and recorded and can be viewed by following this link: www.perkinsmediagroup.com/krotzer
