I was so fortunate to work with Carla for many years. She was smart and kind, quiet and caring. She never wanted the spotlight on her, but she was the guiding light to so many. My deepest of sympathies to the Pickett and Tiernan families. I hope there is some comfort in knowing how well loved she was.
The world will never know another Carla – what a light she was! Always generous with her time, patient, and considerate…but she had a wry sense of humor that never failed to surprise and delight. GOD, that woman was funny.
Robert, Arlouene, Ron, and family, our prayers are with you. Carla was such a gift and will be sorely missed. Thank you for sharing her with the world.
Rest in peace dear cousin Carla ❤
You have our thoughts and prayers go to you and your family.
Lots of love from Helene and Cathrine, your cousins from Norway
I am so saddened of the loss of Carla. She was always a calm, smart and witty presence in our workplace. My thoughts and prayers are with Ron and family. She will be missed.
I was so sorry to hear of Carla’s passing. I worked with Carla for many years at CMGRP, and although we had not seen each other for many years, I thought of her often. She was a beautiful person, with a caring heart, and that wonderful warm smile. I lit a vigil candle for her in church this morning, and prayed for her to be at peace, safe in Jesus arms. I will continue praying for healing and peace for the Pickett and Tiernan families.♥️
Carla was one of the strongest women I met. She was always full of light and positive encouragement. I was so fortunate to work on Carla’s team – she was the best leader our group could have had. She will be greatly missed.
Your families are in my continual prayers.
Carla I will miss you a lot. We worked together for more than 12 years and shared stories together about our families and laughed together. Carla you will always be in my thoughts.
