Brian James Delger
Age 53, of Albertville, MN passed away on Thursday May 6th, 2010 at his home.
Brian was born on August 9th, 1956 the son of Lloyd and Helen
(Ziegler) Delger in Carlton County, MN.
He was united in marriage to Barbara Lyn (Nohr) on November 3rd, 1979 in New Holstein, WI
Brian was a man who always strived for perfection in all that he did.
Whether it were a game, hobby or work he never did anything half way.
Brian’s biggest pride and joy was his son who inspired him to strive
harder every day. He coached him in basketball and baseball giving all
the support he could. In his younger days Brian tried out for the
Minnesota Twin, in high school and later in 1977. Brian was employed
by Billy Graham Evangelical Association for 9 years (where he and Barb met), he was also employed by Melyx for several years, and Jobboss for 10 years, other jobs of his were
with Upsher-Smith and Carbone’s Pizzeria.
Brian was dearly loved and will be missed.

Brian is survived by his loving family: wife, Barbara Lyn (Nohr); son,
Nathan James, Mother Helen M. Delger of New Brighton, MN, siblings
Randy Delger of Sandstone, MN, Mike (Mary Ann) Delger of Andover, MN,
Julie Delger of White Bear Lake, MN, Gayle Shepherd of Ames, IA, Helen
Delger of St. Paul, MN, mother-in-law and step-father Grace and Ralph
Bernhardt of Manitowoc, WI, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Kathy
(Ed) Lorenz of Chilton, WI, R.J. (Bev) Nohr of Glencoe, MN, Judy
(Mark) Anderson of Roseville, MN, James Nohr of Escondido, CA, Mary
(Randy) Schussman of Amery, WI, Lori (Greg) Hardrath of Merrill, WI,
Susan (Terry) Hardrath of Kellnersville, WI, Chuck (Jennifer) O’Neil
of Glendale, AZ, Jane (Steve) Richardson of Delano, MN.
He is preceded in death by: father, Lloyd Delger and sister, Linda Hope.
Celebration of life service held on Saturday May 15th, 2010 at The
Peterson Chapel of St. Michael-Albertville at 11 AM. Visitation will
be held two hour prior. Fellowship is to follow the service.
The Peterson Chapel of St. Michael-Albertville is proud to have served

    So sorry to hear of Brian’s passing. He was a good man and I am proud to have know him. I have been thinking back to the time when Brian Ted and I where the material handling crew for the BG distribution center. Those were good days. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
