Bernice Holmberg Robasse, age 91 of Buffalo passed away on Wednesday, March 6th, 2019 at her residence.
She was born on August 7, 1927 in Buffalo the daughter of Charles & Hildegard Ritterrath Otten.
Bernice attended St. Francis Xavier Catholic School. She graduated from Buffalo High School in 1946
On December 23rd, 1976, Bernice was joined in holy marriage to Robert J. Robasse at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Buffalo.
Bernice was employed at many places including Cozy Café, Minnesota Rubber, Paco Corp and The Monte Club.
She loved to gamble, dance, talk on the phone, watching the sunsets over Buffalo Lake and eating at the China Buffet in Monticello.
Bernice was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Buffalo.
Survived by her husband: Robert J. “Bob” Robasse; children: Ron Holmberg, Greg (Sue) Holmberg and Deb Holmberg all of Buffalo; thirteen grandchildren: Tia Rangel, Chad Carpenter, Tara Roush, Steven Truesdale, Cary Decker, Theresa Roters, Travis, Cody, Brandon, Nathan, Derrick, Andrew and Molly Holmberg; thirty-two great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her first husband Gerald Holmberg, a son Dennis Holmberg, three grandsons Peter, Adam and Jacob, her parents and by her siblings Virginia Arquette, Canute, Cuthbert, Adrian and Egidius Otten.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial for Bernice Holmberg Robasse will be held on Tuesday, March 19th, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Buffalo.
Private interment Lakeview Cemetery.
A Time of gathering will be held on Tuesday, March 19th one hour prior to Mass at the church.
