I enjoyed our morning chats, on his way to work, via amateur radio. Ben had a good sense of humor. 73 to Ben.
Bennett was a great man. It was an honor and privilege to be able to care for him. He was a special person. I will miss his hugs and smiles. I am so thankful for the time I was able to spend time with him.
Sorry to hear that your dad has passed away. Pete and I always enjoyed visiting with him and your Mom. They were always fun to be with. He always said Pete was one of his best friends. We have many good memories of the both of them.
I am one of the lucky ones that had the pleasure of caring for Bennett at Lake Ridge Care Center. He was smart, funny and witty. He loved his community and his family. I had the pleasure of learning about his wonderful family through his stories. He loved each and everyone of you. He loved life. So sorry for your loss. I will miss him every day. So sorry I won’t be able to make his service. I’ll be out of town. Julie
