Anita June Milam, age 78, of Spring Lake Park, MN, passed away Sept 8th.

One of 14 children born in Donnelly Township, MN to Norris and Margaret( Kalin) Lund of Karlstad, MN.

She is survived by her husband Eugene C. Milam, married October 29th 1960, 4 children, Kelly Audette, Sydney Milam, Mark Milam, Robin Milam, 6 grandchildren and 11 siblings.

After High School, Anita worked at the mercantile grocery in Kennedy, Minnesota. Later she moved to Minneapolis and began working for Stewart Lumber Company. She worked for this company from 1954 (with a few breaks for family leave) until she retired in 1999.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 12th at Peterson Chapel in St Michael, MN at 11:00 AM.

Visitation will take place one hour prior to services at the chapel.

Interment at Fort Snelling Nat’l Cemetery.

The Peterson Chapel, St. Michael/Albertville assisted the family with arrangements.
