Alan Craig Hilde, age 53, of Monticello, MN passed away at his home. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Alan was born on October 21, 1959 in Shakopee, MN to Cecile and Catherine “Carol” (Carlson) Hilde. Alan loved to travel. He was a big hearted, generous man who was always willing to lend a hand to help anyone. Alan was kind to everyone. He was loved and will be missed by his family and friends.

Survived by his mother Carol (Leonard) Demarais of Buffalo, MN; step-children, October, April and Jason; brothers, Gary Hilde of Williston, ND, David Hilde of Maple Lake, MN, Chris Hilde of Williston, ND, Doug Hilde of Williston, ND; sister, Debbie Hilde of Monticello, MN; aunts, uncles, nephews, Justin, Lee, Neil, Drew; nieces Alyssa Vieths and Ashley Hilde and cousins also survive him.

Preceded in death by his father, Cecil Hilde.

The Peterson Chapel, Buffalo assisted the family with arrangements.
