I was just getting to know Abe at Masters Swimming. In a few short minutes between sets I had heard that Tristan is going to Gustavus (maybe to study psychology) and how Chloe gives it all when she’s in the pool. He was very proud of you two.

I will always remember Abe’s squinting eyes and smiling face as he strained to read the workout up in the dry erase board. I wish I’d have had the chance to learn more Jim and the family he clearly adored.

My boys wish they could pay their respects on Friday. They report that Tristan and Chloe are both very nice kids who make the pool a better place to be.

Wishing you all strength and healing during this more than difficult time.

I’m so sorry for your tragic loss. Abe and I used to carpool to MMCD from St. Cloud many years ago. I haven’t seen him in all this time but I’ll always remember him as a great guy who was easy and fun to talk to.
